As a result of interviews with people living in the North West of Ireland (mainly L/Derry, Strabane, Co. Donegal in ROI)
we gathered bunch of recipies and learnt a lot about fascinating cultures in our region.
We did realise the strong emotional connection between food, taste of home made specialties prepared by our Mums, Grandmas, Aunties, Siblings and all memories than often are linked to it.
Especially though, as migrant myself I feel I can relate to memories of tasty meals prepared by Mum at home that I will never be able to recreate- Mums are simply the best:)!
